This position provides an exciting opportunity to manage projects across Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and AI, working closely with business and technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - from initial planning and development to implementation and post-launch adoption.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Manage end-to-end data and analytics projects, covering requirements gathering, project planning, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch monitoring.
- Establish project scope, objectives, success criteria, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and Gantt charts, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall project progress.
- Convert business needs and requirements into clear, practical specifications for data, IT, analytics, and technology teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, data, IT, and data governance functions to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
- Work alongside analysts and project teams to prepare project updates, monitor progress, address issues, and facilitate user adoption after implementation.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors, including deliverables, project timelines, contracts, and performance.
- Support the implementation of data, BI, analytics, and AI initiatives that improve decision-making and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in managing data, analytics, BI, technology, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects across the complete delivery lifecycle while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of data pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical, organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong integrity and discretion when handling confidential and personally identifiable information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
