Able to liaise with factory carpenters carpentry production works
Able to communicate fluently with client's representative, landlord and authorities
Able to conduct proper inspection for takeover and handover job site on time
Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors
Work closely with QS on all material ordering
Assist the Project Director with additional Project Management responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in reading both ID and M&E drawings, including of ironing out discrepancies in drawings
Experience in detailing installation works, both ID and M&E
Experience in restaurant renovation will be an added advantage
Candidates over 5 years project management or civil experience is an advantage.
Be willing to work onsite and night for commercial projects.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Quickly learning ability.
Good English and Chinese skill (Listening, oral, read and writing). Can communicate in speaking and writing.
