Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-level program delivery across credit, BNPL, and financial products, ensuring alignment with Atome's strategic roadmap in Southeast Asia.
- Establish and scale cross-market project governance, harmonizing execution standards across Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
- Lead high-stakes stakeholder orchestration, including Finance, Tax, Risk, Legal, and external partners (e.g., banks, regulators, JV entities).
- Spearhead business case development and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making and capital prioritization.
- Design and optimize agile PMO operating models, embedding automation, risk controls, and OKR-based performance tracking.
- Proactively manage regulatory deliverables (e.g., licensing, compliance, tax optimization), coordinating technical and operational workstreams.
- Oversee post-launch reviews, ensuring continuous improvement through structured retrospectives and risk-adjusted delivery metrics.
- Mentor and elevate project managers, embedding strategic thinking, financial literacy, and execution discipline across the PMO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 58 years of experience leading complex, cross-border fintech projects; BNPL, credit cards, or digital lending background preferred.
- Strong command of financial concepts and regulatory risk, with hands-on experience in budget control, tax/legal project scoping, or financial modeling.
- Proven track record working with C-level stakeholders, translating strategy into executable roadmaps.
- Professional certifications preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 (for structured delivery), Scrum (for agile scaling), CFA Level I or above (for financial fluency).
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is a strong plus due to regional stakeholder coordination
