Lead the project management team to manage and execute projects from order acceptance to completion.
Plan and schedule project timelines and track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Minimize exposure and risk on project.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Assist in evaluation and assessment of project KPIs.
Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Requirements:
Must have minimum 15 years supervisory experience in a project management environment.
Must have a proven project management experience of minimum 15 years in electrical industry.
Candidates with Certification in Project Management or PMP would have an added advantage.
Must have track record in overseeing the planning and execution of large integrated projects involving Electrical Distribution and Control Equipment will be given preference.
Must have the ability to plan and organize effectively and has strong decision making skills.
Must have effective communication, facilitation and strong negotiation skills.
Must have critical thinking, problem-solving skills and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task are required.
Must have Advanced Computer skills such as Auto-CAD in designing electrical SLD, GA, Equipment's, MS Office (excel, word, power point) / MS Projects.
Must be willing to travel overseas
Candidates with class 3 driving license and possess their own vehicle will have an added advantage
