What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, coordination, and delivery
- Leading multi-disciplinary project teams and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and resolving any technical issues that arise
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, such as reports, specifications, and drawings
- Providing engineering expertise and problem-solving to optimise project outcomes
- Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing appropriate control measures
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
What we're looking for
- Min 4 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably in a project management role
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in project management, in A&A or building projects, is an advantage
- Strong technical expertise in civil and structural design, construction methodology, and project delivery
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
