Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project and engineering management support across EPC and operational phases.
• Review and track contractor deliverables, technical submissions, and progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support variation management, technical clarifications, and evaluations during execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and delivery issues.
• Contribute technical input to Planning & Development activities, including upgrades and modifications.
• Monitor contractor and consultant performance to ensure quality and compliance.
• Apply relevant technologies to drive continuous project improvements.
• Prepare clear progress, risk, and mitigation reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering related discipline
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects, maintaining high level of project management and coordination with key stakeholders
• Competency in front end project development, detail engineering or project management
• Candidates who have completed full lifecycle of a mega-scale project will be preferred
