Job Description:
- Support project activities by delivering key project outputs and meeting defined milestones.
- Perform hardware and software installation for turnkey solutions.
- Prepare, review, and execute Statements of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and customers to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in System Acceptance Testing alongside vendors and customers.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems as they arise.
- Develop, update, and maintain technical and configuration documentation.
- Create and explain network topology diagrams and related documentation.
- Prepare standard project documentation such as SOWs, system handover documents, inventory lists, and more.
Job Requirements
- Possess Minimum Diploma In Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience, primarily in Network
- Has experience in functional areas such as Project Coordination, documentations.
- Experience in government projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong proficiency in Linux environments (CentOS, SUSE).
- Knowledge of networking technologies (Dell, Cisco), firewalls (Fortinet), and fiber-optic transmission devices.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop (HDFS, ZooKeeper), Cloudera, Hue, Apache, ElasticSearch, etc. hands-on implementation and system maintenance experience is preferred.
- Experience with virtualization platforms is an added advantage.
