Senior Project Engineer

• Salary: $4,500 - $6,000

• Location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:10pm

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to manage and execute engineering projects for power generation systems within data centre environments. This role involves end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder management, and hands-on site involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects within scope, budget, and timeline

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Develop project schedules and ensure timely project delivery

• Source and manage vendors/subcontractors for project requirements

• Liaise with Design Team on drawings submission and approvals

• Coordinate with workshop and site teams on installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C)

• Prepare test procedures and oversee commissioning activities

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with specifications and standards

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project progress and technical issues

• Compile and submit final project documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Marine Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of project management experience, preferably in Data Centre or Power Generation environment

• Strong technical knowledge in diesel generator systems is an advantage

• Comfortable with hands-on site work

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
