- Coordinate on-site structural and building works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and project timelines.
- Liaise with consultants, site representatives, and subcontractors on inspections, technical issues, and work progress.
- Work closely with M&E and architectural teams to manage interface coordination across multiple disciplines.
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are carried out safely, correctly, and efficiently.
- Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure teams are working with the latest drawings and information.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in building construction projects, in mixed-use or large-scale developments.
- Familiar with AutoCAD and/or BIM tools.
- Strong coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders on-site.
