Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and align on project requirements
- Oversee and monitor assigned projects to ensure progress aligns with the schedule, proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare project documentation for submission to client or consultant, including but not limited to project schedules, method statements, risk assessments, and other relevant documents related to M&E and data center works, in collaboration with the project team
- Monitor subcontractors performance and work quality, and regularly report project progress to the immediate supervisor
- Liaise with contractors, consultants and clients on all project related matters
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and approved drawings
- Identify and resolve technical, project and coordination issues on site, and recommend corrective actions for any non-conformances
- Carry out tasks assigned by senior and immediate supervisor, and proactively adjust work schedules to meet project timelines when necessary
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to the approved project list, progress reports, and testing reports
- Prepare project closure documents and ensure proper handover upon project completion
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering / Building Services / Project Management or equivalent
- At least 6 years relevant working experience in project management
- Preferably with data centre experience
- Communicative, active personality and team spirit person
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism.
