Senior Project Engineer (Electrical, Data Center)

We are representing a subcontractor to hire for a Senior Project Engineer (Electrical) with experience in Data Center projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical engineering works for data centre construction projects
• Coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (e.g., LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications
• Track project progress, resolve site issues, and support schedule and cost control
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site teams

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2-6 years of experience in data centre / mission-critical projects, with a strong electrical focus
• Experience working for subcontractors or on-site project execution roles preferred
• Solid understanding of electrical systems installation and coordination within construction environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
