Job Summary
Lead and manage civil engineering construction projects by planning resources, resolving challenges, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes on schedule and within safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project completion targets efficiently
- Identify potential project obstacles and develop independent solutions escalate critical issues with proposed options for management decisions
- Execute projects strictly following detailed work programmes and construction drawings, ensuring uncompromised quality and safety standards
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to coordinate site activities and maintain alignment
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in civil engineering construction
- Proactive initiative-taking and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Projects
- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for Project Manager roles with competitive compensation
