We are now looking for experienced Senior Executive Architect (Projects) to join our teams, and you will have opportunity to work on interesting projects across wide-ranging sectors and typology.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances
- Project management from start to handover, tender preparation and detailing
- Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic individuals with good team spirit
- A recognised relevant university degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in Architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects particularly in Commercial Retail/Office and Attractions
- Good portfolio of project work
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Possess good knowledge of local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and compliance ability
