Job Description

1. Strategic & Leadership Support

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting planning, analysis, and decision‑making
  • Translate strategic initiatives into clear, executable plans with measurable outcomes
  • Coordinate leadership forums, ensuring clear agendas, actions, and follow‑through
  • Track progress against strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and commitments

2. Operating Rhythm & Governance

  • Establish and manage the operating cadence for leadership reviews, governance forums, and submissions
  • Coordinate actions across teams, ensuring timely closure and accountability
  • Maintain governance discipline across programmes, projects, and operational activities

3. Executive Communications & Reporting

  • Develop high‑quality executive presentations and briefings for senior leadership and governance forums
  • Ensure clear storytelling, concise insights, and professional visual structuring
  • Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and updates for decision‑makers

4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted liaison between leadership and internal or external stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective communication across regions and functions to ensure alignment
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement

5. Operational & Programme Support

  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the leadership office, including prioritisation and issue escalation
  • Lead or coordinate special initiatives and continuous improvement activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and ways of working

Qualifications

  • Degree in Project Management or equivalent field
  • Experience in strategy, programme management, consulting, operations, or a Chief of Staff–type role within a large organisation
  • Exposure to complex programmes, portfolios, or transformation initiatives is advantageous
  • Experience in regulated or global environments is beneficial
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation capability in high‑pressure environments
  • Excellent executive communication, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in presentation tools; strong analytical skills preferred
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work across multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
