Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker who loves rolling up your sleeves to make complex ideas a reality We are looking for a high-impact Senior Program Manager, People Operations to act as a trusted strategic partner to our Head of People Operations. In this role, you will take the wheel on game-changing, concurrent HR initiatives driving global transformation, seamless M&A integrations, and modern shared-services build-outs from high-level vision to operational execution.

This isn't just about managing projects it's about building the organizational muscle to scale. You will shape our operational backbone by designing agile governance frameworks, continuous-improvement SOPs, and centralized knowledge playbooks that empower our global teams to move faster and smarter.

What You'll Do

  • Own complex, end-to-end People programs-managing timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation (RAID), and executive steering forums with precision.
  • Spearhead People-side integrations, policy and process harmonization, and operating-model evolutions across diverse regional markets.
  • Design and curate a centralized knowledge hub, establishing gold-standard SOPs, playbooks, and governance to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between People Ops, HR Tech, Finance, Legal, and external partners across global time zones.
  • Track performance metrics, cost efficiencies, and service-level impact to deliver data-backed insights directly to leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record with 10+ years of professional experience, including extensive leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional HR initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deep familiarity with the full employee lifecycle, HRIS operations, and modern shared-services delivery models.
  • Hands-on experience building SOPs, runbooks, and scalable knowledge-management practices from the ground up.
  • Outstanding structured problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, resolve ambiguity, and craft clear executive stories.
  • Experience in M&A integrations, APAC/global multi-market operations, and modern HR tech tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Confluence).
