Senior Program Manager

Our client leading multinational FMCG company operating in over 150 countries, with global brand hubs managing products used by billions people daily. They are now hiring an experience program/project manage to lead their CRM and Cloud transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of complex technology initiatives, managing the end-to-end lifecycle and conducting critical post-implementation assessments
• .Design robust project frameworks that optimize budget, schedule, and resources while ensuring scope integrity
• .Champion team success by providing mentorship and leadership, fostering an environment of accountability and collaboration
• .Serve as the primary liaison between technology and business leadership to capture requirements and maintain strategic alignment
• .Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies to anticipate challenges and drive projects toward successful completion

Requirement

• s:Requires a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in IT program or project delive
• ryFamiliar with CRM products : Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zoho, SAP CRM, MS Dynamics 365 e
• tcDemonstrated record of success in executing large-scale, complex technology projects while adhering to strict budgetary and schedule constraint
• s.Comprehensive understanding of banking operational workflows, financial products, and compliance with regulatory standard
• s.Extensive experience applying and adapting various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and associated toolset
• s.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal competencies, coupled with the capacity to facilitate alignment and collaboration across the organizatio
