Job Description

The Senior Program Manager I, AS Programs Engineering (Manufacturing Execution) will serve as the BU's execution control tower by driving manufacturing readiness, ensuring material availability, and monitoring delivery performance across the supply chain.

This role will provide leadership with clear and timely visibility into key operational risks, including manufacturing constraints, supplier capacity challenges, material shortages, and schedule delays, while coordinating mitigation and recovery actions to ensure on-time delivery and business objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the BU manufacturing, material, and schedule risk dashboard.
  • Track and escalate material shortages, supplier delays, fabrication challenges, and resource constraints.
  • Lead cross-functional issue resolution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Field teams.
  • Drive recovery plans for build delays and execution bottlenecks to protect customer commitments.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide concise executive updates with recommended actions.
  • Ensure accountability for critical action items and risk mitigation plans.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • 8+ years of Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain experience.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing execution, production planning, supplier management, and risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Need a foundational understanding of AI concepts to effectively develop and implement AI-driven solutions in manufacturing operations.
