We are supporting our client, an international organization, in the search for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join its team.

This role provides strategic leadership across multiple interrelated programs by owning scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and resource optimization at an enterprise level. The position drives alignment with business leadership, ensures cross-program synergies, establishes governance and best practices, and delivers measurable business value across complex, high-impact initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager leads large-scale, enterprise programs and portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and successful delivery of outcomes across multiple initiatives.

The role requires advanced leadership capabilities, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to influence decision-making across business and technology functions while managing complexity, risk, and competing priorities.

All activities must be performed in accordance with organizational governance frameworks, PMO standards, and quality practices to ensure consistent and successful delivery at scale.

Program Environment

Programs may span multiple enterprise domains, including:

Application Delivery enterprise platforms, digital products, ERP and CRM ecosystems

Infrastructure large-scale transformations, cloud initiatives, and workplace programs

Security & Compliance cybersecurity, risk, and regulatory initiatives

Data & Analytics enterprise data platforms, reporting, and analytics transformations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple interrelated programs and initiatives
• Own enterprise-level scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and resource optimization
• Drive alignment with business leadership and organizational strategic priorities
• Ensure cross-program coordination, synergies, and dependency management
• Establish and maintain governance structures, delivery standards, and best practices
• Mentor and support program managers and project leaders across initiatives
• Lead executive-level planning, reporting, and decision-making forums
• Manage complex stakeholder environments across business and technology domains
• Oversee program financials, investment planning, and benefits realization
• Identify and mitigate enterprise-level risks and issues
• Ensure delivery of measurable business value and strategic outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

• B2B contract
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio leadership, or senior delivery roles
• Proven experience leading multiple large-scale programs in enterprise environments
• Strong track record in strategic planning, governance, and delivery oversight
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and risks at enterprise level
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-organizational alignment
• Experience mentoring program managers and leading delivery organizations
• Deep understanding of PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience with enterprise delivery and planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Proficiency in English
