Senior / Production Supervisor (Bedok)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting daily production targets and process yield goals, providing immediate intervention when targets are at risk.
• Manages shift handovers and inter-departmental coordination to ensure a seamless production flow, preventing gaps between shifts.
• Initiates LSS projects to shorten production times and eliminate operational waste.
• Optimizes resource allocation across different lines to eliminate bottlenecks and balance production workloads.
• Collaborates with Engineering closely on floor layouts that save space and reduce travel time.
• Audits production activities to ensure all operators strictly follow SOP and quality protocols.
• Instill and maintain a high standard of discipline within the production department.
• Trains and develops junior Supervisors in leadership and technical problem-solving.
• Maintains high standards of 5S+ for the work benches, tool / fixtures, floor tapes etc at their dedicated lines and areas.
• Reviews and updates SOP to reflect process improvements.
• Upholds workplace safety by ensuring team adherence to all established operational standards.
• Ensure production is strictly compliance with the RBA regulation.
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirements:

• GCE A level holder / ITC / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in PCBA environment is preferred.
• Good supervisory and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, testing and soldering rework of PCBA is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office application or Google workspace equivalent.
• Able to work permanent afternoon shift.
