Senior Production Planner

A well-established multinational healthcare manufacturer is seeking a Senior Production Planner to join its high-performing manufacturing team in Singapore.

As part of a collaborative operations function, you'll be responsible for driving production planning activities that directly impact manufacturing efficiency, customer satisfaction and inventory performance.

Reporting into the manufacturing leadership team, you'll take ownership of production planning activities, ensuring manufacturing output, inventory optimization and customer service performance remain aligned with business objectives.

This position offers the opportunity to influence operational performance by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality and Customer Service.

Key areas of responsibility of the Senior Production Planner include:

• Leading production planning and scheduling activities.
• Driving inventory optimisation across finished goods and sub-assemblies.
• Supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Managing planning parameters within Oracle, SAP or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Monitoring planning KPIs and implementing process improvements.
• Enhancing planning efficiency through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Ideal background:

• Demonstrated production planning experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP planning systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working within highly regulated manufacturing industries would be advantageous.
