Responsibilities:
- In charge of overseeing the whole MRO Department
- Responsible in ensuring the operations meet the objectives and fulfiing the daily staffing needs.
- Taking charge of lead departmental meetings with production leads, planning & control, engineering
- In charge of conducting performance appraisals and development discussions with production leads, planning & control, engineering
- Responsible in developing and continuously improve the company production standard and standard documentation
- In charge of designing and implementing training and development programs
- In charge of developing KPIs for operational processes
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related
- Min 8 years of working experience in Aircraft industry with experience in production planning and monitoring
- PMP Certification is required
