SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER OR ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Production& Operations

. Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.

. Monitor and improve productivity, OEE, cycle time, yield, scrap reduction, and labor efficiency.

. Coordinate production scheduling and manpower allocation across molding, debinding, sintering, machining, secondary processes, assembly, and packing.

. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.

. Ensure production KPIs are tracked and reported accurately.

Process& Continuous Improvement

. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing efficiency, automation, workflow, and cost reduction.

. Improve production documentation, SOPs,WI, and process controls.

. Support digitalization and paperless manufacturing initiatives, including ERP/MES/shopfloor systems.

. Participate in new equipment setup, factory expansion, and process transfer activities.

. Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams for NPI and process validation.

Requirements:
. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5-8 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in MIM/CIM/PIM industry.
