YOUR ROLE
- Lead development of test strategy, test plan, and characterization plan for NPI product development
- Collaborate actively with DFT team for DFT implementation
- Define engineering and production test hardware, including wafer sort probe cards and final test loadboards
- Develop test scenario files for test pattern simulation and generation
- Manage 1st silicon bring-up, wafer sort, and final test program development, validation, data analysis, and reporting
- Conduct product IP characterization, analyze results, prepare reports, and review with designers
- Develop reliability, failure analysis, and characterization test programs
- Work closely with designers, DFT engineers, and application engineers in Europe and Asia
- Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, customer return analysis, and test solution platform migration
Your Skills & Experiences
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI test development
- Proficient in test software development: C/C++, Perl, Python, Java
- Good understanding of semiconductor front-end and back-end manufacturing processes
- Experience with automated test equipment: T2000, 93000 EXAScale, Ultraflex+
- Knowledge of DFT, Scan, Memory BIST, NVM, mixed-signal testing, and microcontroller theory is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in multicultural/international teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Quick learner eager to grow hardware and software development skills
- Familiar with statistical process control, data management, semiconductor yield analysis
- Experienced with STDF software tools (Yield Explorer, Galaxy, Optimal Test) and Microsoft Office
