Job Summary
You will lead multi-functional teams to deliver end-to-end initiatives that maximize brand growth and market success, ensuring alignment, readiness, and operational excellence from concept through launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver comprehensive initiatives that drive business growth and successful market execution.
- Manage cross-functional teams across Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to achieve initiative goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed initiative plans, timelines, budgets, and execution roadmaps to ensure on-time delivery.
- Define clear success criteria for initiatives, identify risks proactively, and implement mitigation and corrective actions to maintain progress.
- Drive commercial, technical, and market readiness to ensure timely launches and operational excellence.
- Build alignment with stakeholders by communicating clearly and framing issues to support effective decision-making.
- Monitor initiative progress, analyze market performance, and track external trends to optimize business outcomes.
- Lead change management efforts balancing speed, scope, cost, and risk to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within multifunctional teams.
- Coach and support teams on initiative management best practices and capability development to enhance performance.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Beauty Care with prior supply chain and initiative planning experience.
- Proven project management skills to lead multiple initiatives and manage complexity confidently.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and be accountable from concept to final execution.
- Proactive leadership skills to identify design opportunities that impact business growth.
- Ability to engage and influence multiple business partners effectively.
- Clear communication skills-written, verbal, and visual-to justify conceptual and directional design choices.
- Strong collaboration and interdependence skills within design and multifunctional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt in an environment of constant change.
- Keen attention to detail critical for success in competitive categories.
- Ability to focus externally on trends and competitive landscape to inform initiative strategies.
