Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, proposal preparation, and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive account management.
- Manage product portfolio across lifecycle stages.
- Align offerings with market needs by collaborating with principals and suppliers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support pricing, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Deliver product training to internal teams and customers.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to resolve product issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Additional qualifications in Product Management, International Business, or Sales & Marketing are an advantage.
- 3-5 years in technical sales, product management, or application engineering within optical, mechanical, or precision engineering industries.
- Proven experience managing optical components, mechanical assemblies, or engineered systems for industrial/OEM customers.
- Experience with international suppliers and familiarity with assembly operations, supply chain, and product localization.
- Knowledge of tolerances, materials, and optical specifications (e.g., lenses, mirrors, fiber optics) preferred.
- Strong foundation in optical systems, mechanical design, and precision assembly.
