Job Overview
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia, you will lead the development and execution of localized product marketing strategies across key product groups (IG, FPI, FCAL, FNET, FRS) to achieve revenue and market share targets. You will act as the regional bridge between global business units and local markets, ensuring successful product adoption, market expansion, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, channel partners, and end users to drive growth and establish Fluke as a trusted leader in the region.
Primary Responsibilities / Duties
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for key industries to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Lead regional initiatives to drive growth across Fluke's product portfolio.
- Support management in setting strategic goals and tactical plans for focus industries.
- Drive promotion activity to support POS & funnel conversion.
- In charge of Product Pricing.
- Lead all Business Units NPI launch and action plan in SEA, including stocks planning.
Product & Technical Enablement
- Provide 1st level of technical support and liaise with respective Business unit/ Product Manager to support distributors and end customers.
- Prepare Sales Presentation material for Sales to use for demand creation/ customer facing activities
- Cross region application compilation to speed up the learning curve of NPI success.
- Manage new product introductions, including PR activities, ensuring successful market acceptance.
- Build and maintain a competitive knowledge database, including price/performance mapping.
Market Development
- Interpret market demand, sizing, and competitive analysis to inform product positioning.
- Develop localized value-selling documents and promotional campaigns tailored to SEA markets.
- Expand product reach by building strong relationships with stakeholders, EPCs, consultants, and industry bodies.
- Drive Retail and Ecommerce Business
Marketing & Awareness
- Collaborate with application engineers and marketing teams to create localized content that drives awareness, demand, and conversion.
- Maximize product mindshare within sales teams through promotions, collateral, and sales enablement.
- Identify and leverage PR opportunities, customer case studies, and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
- Develop Marketing campaign to drive NPI in SEA
Compliance & Certification
- Ensure products meet regulatory and safety requirements across SEA markets.
- Manage certification processes to support product launches and ongoing market access.
Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within industrial channels or related industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, Semiconductors, Data Centers).
- Proven expertise in market analysis, research, and developing localized marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia additional SEA languages are an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, responding quickly to changing market conditions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong team player with experience operating in a matrix management environment.
