Our client is a leading financial service provider specialised in wealth management, asset management and integrated financial services. They are looking for an experienced Product Manager to scale their wealth management platform, particularly for the Singapore market.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and iteration of the company's core financial software products with a coverage of mutual funds, equities, bonds, structured products, investment tools, and client transaction systems
- Conduct in-depth research on the Singapore and global financial markets; strong understanding of business logic, transaction processes, regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS), and risk controls across asset classes including funds, ETFs, stocks, bonds, and structured notes
- Work closely with business, operations, compliance, and engineering teams to drive the full product lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design, to implementation and launch
- Conduct user research, data analysis, and competitive studies to optimise user experience, streamline workflows, and increase client engagement and transaction efficiency
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, manage project timelines, and ensure product delivery aligns with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven track record building up financial platforms; experience working at a brokerage, bank, asset manager, fintech firm or wealth management company is a plus
- Deep understanding of different financial products including funds, securities, bonds, structured products, and other mainstream financial instruments in Singapore; familiar with MAS regulatory frameworks
- Solid knowledge of technical product design principles, user experience, transaction process design, and system performance requirements
- Ability to independently produce PRDs, wireframes, user flows, and data structure documents, and drive end-to-end product delivery
