Senior product manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to design and drive the end-to-end product vision for our next-generation AI Chatbot and AI Payment solutions tailored for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Rather than standard FAQ-style Q&A systems, our platform aims to provide fully conversational, context-aware, and intelligent customer engagement workflows that seamlessly convert interactions into transactions via integrated AI-driven payment flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design & Strategy: Lead the end-to-end product architecture for AI-powered customer engagement chatbots and automated payment interfaces for SMEs.

• Intelligent Workflows: Move beyond traditional Q&A bots by designing agentic, conversational user journeys, intelligent query handling, dynamic recommendations, and contextual problem-solving.

• AI Payment Integration: Design secure, frictionless payment triggers within conversational interfaces (e.g., in-chat checkout, automated invoicing, link generation, and multi-gateway integrations).

  Requirements & Qualifications

  Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, conversational AI, or SME-facing digital solutions.

  AI/LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering principles, intent recognition, dynamic retrieval (RAG), and agentic workflows.

  Payment Integration: Proven experience with payment gateways
