The Role

As a Senior Product Manager you will own and drive the end-to-end product vision for automating Triple-A's crypto operations. This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, treasury, FX, and crypto, and will work very closely with our Finance/Treasury teams and its own development teams. You will be responsible for building products and internal platforms that cover everything from partner reconciliation and settlement, to forecasting automation, liquidity management, and FX optimization.

This is a senior, hands-on role with full product ownership, from problem discovery and strategy, through execution, launch, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new API-first payment products, from discovery and product definition through launch and iteration.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for a new platform supporting stablecoin collections, multi-currency accounts, and global payouts.
• Design customer-facing APIs and platform capabilities that allow businesses to collect, hold, convert, and pay out funds across traditional and digital currencies.
• Work closely with engineering to define scalable API flows, system behaviours, edge cases, webhooks, reporting needs, and operational controls.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders where required.
• Write clear product specs and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely execution.
• Own post-launch performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong prior exposure to crypto, FX, payments, or finance.
• Demonstrated ability to work on financial systems, reconciliations, settlements, or forecasting tools.
• MBA strongly preferred, especially with a focus on finance, strategy, or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with financial data and models.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to bridge finance and engineering seamlessly.
• High ownership mentality with a bias toward execution.
