Senior Product Manager Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user and stakeholder interviews to understand the problem space and define problem statements.
• Develop product strategy, hypotheses and initiatives to drive measurable outcomes.
• Prepare proposals to support resource allocation and secure funding.
• Define product success measures and monitor progress through dashboards.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritisation and delivery of key goals.
• Work closely with designers and software engineers to develop, test and release digital products.
• Measure product outcomes and continuously iterate to improve performance.
• Engage and support users to drive product adoption.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving business and product outcomes.
• Strong end-to-end Product Management experience from problem definition/discovery through release and continuous improvement.
• Experience working closely with design and engineering teams to build digital products.
• Strong product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and Agile delivery experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Balsamiq.
• Government/public-sector experience.
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science or Product Management-related field.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis Professional.
