About the Company
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded, high-growth technology organisation building next-generation robotic systems deployed in real-world, mission-critical environments. The company delivers robotic platforms used across security, logistics, inspection, and service applications. With strong engineering depth and global ambitions, the organisation is shaping the future of autonomous systems at scale.
The Role
A well-established robotics technology organisation is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Robotics to lead the strategy and delivery of its next-generation robotic platforms. This role is responsible for setting a clear product direction, making sound decisions across complex system-level trade-offs, and guiding teams to deliver reliable products deployed at scale.
Sitting at the centre of hardware, software, AI, and operations, you will own the long-term product vision and roadmap, from early concept through to large-scale deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to senior leadership, you will define and execute a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy, market needs, and commercial outcomes. This includes lifecycle management and contributing to go-to-market strategy for complex robotic systems.
You will define clear success measures for products, support validation and iteration, and ensure quality remains high throughout the product lifecycle.
You will align engineering, design, sales, operations, marketing, and compliance teams around shared objectives. You will also support customer discussions, demonstrations, and technical deep dives where required, contribute to regulatory and certification strategies, and mentor junior Product Managers.
Key Qualifications
This role requires 7+ years of Product Management experience working on complex hardware and software systems such as robotics or autonomous platforms. Strong systems thinking across autonomy, AI, safety, and large-scale operations is essential, along with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align technical and commercial stakeholders. The role also demands the ability to translate customer needs into scalable, reliable products and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
