Senior Product Manager, Product Growth & Marketplace Experience

We are partnering with a global technology platform serving millions of users worldwide. As part of continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the next generation of marketplace and consumer experiences across international markets.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant ownership, visibility, and influence over customer-facing products used at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for marketplace and consumer-facing experiences.
• Drive improvements across customer journeys, including search, discovery, engagement, product experience, and transaction flows.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, and Business teams to launch impactful features globally.
• Leverage customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritise initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and strategic objectives.
• Champion intuitive, scalable, and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Drive product decisions through behavioural analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven insights.

What We're Looking For

• Min 7-11+ years of Product Management experience within one or more of the following:
• E-commerce
• Marketplace Platforms
• Consumer Internet
• FinTech
• Digital Platforms
• Super Apps
• Strong experience building and optimising customer-facing product experiences.
• Proven ability to work closely with Design and Frontend Engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Hands-on exposure to UI/UX design principles, usability testing, user research, and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience owning or contributing to one or more of the following areas:
• Search & Discovery
• Marketplace Products
• Checkout & Payments
• User Growth
• Consumer Platforms
• Merchant Ecosystems
• Recommendation & Personalisation Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within high-growth technology companies, e-commerce platforms, fintech, payments, or digital marketplaces.
• Exposure to AI-powered products, recommendation engines, personalisation, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience building products for regional or global markets.
• Mandarin language capability is advantageous as this role works closely with regional stakeholders and product teams across Asia, including markets where Mandarin is commonly used in business communications.
