Senior Product Manager
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented professional to drive product governance and oversee program execution across digital initiatives. This role ensures structured delivery, clear communication among teams, and alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage governance processes for product and feature releases.
- Track progress, manage new requests, and support roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Lead or facilitate regular updates and discussions with business and cross-functional teams.
- Identify risks and work closely with stakeholders to mitigate delivery or timeline issues.
- Partner with product leads to maintain documentation, process guidelines, and knowledge bases.
- Plan and execute key initiatives from start to finish, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare training or communication materials to support adoption and change management.
- Uphold best practices in governance, project documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in product or program management, preferably in a digital or consumer-facing environment.
- Strong background working with both business and technology teams on product or service initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, governance frameworks, and cross-team communication.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CSPO, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, as a significant portion of correspondence with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
