Your main responsibilities include:
Regional Business Management
. Lead, manage, and coordinate all Life and Healthcare (LHC) business activities across Southeast Asia and India.
. Work closely with regional sales teams to support customer engagements, pricing strategies, product positioning, and opportunity pipeline development.
. Ensure strong alignment with HQ, external and internal stakeholders to drive consistent market execution.
2. Product Development & CoDevelopment
. Drive and oversee new product development and codevelopment initiatives for LHC product categories.
. Translate customer needs and market insights into clear technical requirements for product development.
3. Market & Product Intelligence
. Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitive analysis, customer requirements, and regulatory updates.
. Monitor product performance, assess trends, and prepare regular reports and recommendations for senior management.
. Propose strategies for product improvements, new applications, and portfolio expansion.
4. Marketing & Promotional Activities
. Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility and accelerate market penetration.
. Develop product presentations, marketing materials, and technical content for internal and external use.
. Represent the company at exhibitions, industry conferences, seminars, and customer workshops to strengthen brand and product positioning.
5. Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement
. Maintain strong and proactive relationships with business partners and suppliers.
. Ensure timely and accurate communication of product information, forecasts, technical updates, and strategic priorities.
. Act as the key liaison between suppliers and internal teams for alignment on product development, quality matters, and business plans.
