(a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.
This role is ideal for a product manager who is user-obsessed, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, regulated fintech environment.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Metacomp's mobile App and Web platforms, with a strong focus on delivering a seamless, intuitive, and delightful user experience.
- Drive end-to-end product development - from concept, design, build, testing to deployment - by working closely with UI/UX, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product solutions, including user stories, PRDs, sprint planning, release management, and prioritisation.
- Lead agile delivery processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, roadmap planning, and cross-team coordination.
- Conduct regular competitive and market landscape analysis (pricing, features, target segments, support models, SLAs) to ensure strong product positioning.
- Manage external partners and vendors for platform integrations, including solution onboarding, implementation planning, and operational support models.
- Define, track, and optimise product KPIs and user experience metrics, leveraging user feedback and data insights to continuously improve performance.
- Review and ensure appropriate risk controls, operational processes, and compliance alignmentwith internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop value propositions, go-to-market materials, product training content, and client-facing documentation.
- Support post-implementation activities, including user training, issue investigation, and continuous product optimisation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (highly preferred).
- at least 2 years of experience in a product management or product development role, preferably in consumer-facing mobile and web products.
- Strong user-centric mindset with solid analytical capabilities experience with SQL, analytics tools, or product analytics platforms is a plus.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-growth environments.
- Strong passion for building products from scratch experience in 0-to-1 product environments is highly valued.
