Core Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Execution

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Translate market needs and sales feedback into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring differentiation through localized adaptations of platform capabilities.

1. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities, timelines, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify key growth levers (e.g., pricing, features, partnerships) and refine GTM strategies.

1. Data-Driven Decision Making

• Own key product metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, revenue); partner with Data teams to generate insights and track performance against targets.
• Conduct A/B tests, user behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking to drive iterative improvements.

1. Market & User Insight

• Regularly research industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes to inform product direction.
• Advocate for a user-first approach, balancing business needs with UX improvements through customer interviews and feedback loops.

1. Localization & Growth

• Adapt global/platform features to local market demands (e.g., compliance, language, workflows) while maintaining scalability.
• Identify and experiment with growth opportunities (e.g., onboarding flows, monetization tactics).

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in product management
• Proven track record of collaborating with Sales/Marketing to drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, Excel, BI tools) and experience with agile methodologies.
• Growth mindset: Comfortable with experimentation, fast iteration, and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese to work with chinese-speaking stakeholders
