Hawksman Technology is working with a leading real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform to expand their blockchain-based financial products and digital asset infrastructure.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our client's product and engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3 innovation, focused on building secure, transparent, and regulated tokenization and DeFi-integrated products. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy and delivering scalable blockchain solutions across tokenized RWA and digital asset infrastructure.

The role is highly cross-functional you will collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, risk, operations, and external partners to drive the full lifecycle of complex blockchain-based financial products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and execute the product roadmap across tokenized RWA, stablecoins, and DeFi integrations.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications for blockchain and smart contract development.
• Partner with engineers on token issuance, redemption, reserve management, and multi-chain deployment strategies.
• Oversee oracle integrations (e.g., Chainlink), proof-of-reserve mechanisms, and transparency dashboards.
• Work closely with compliance teams to align products with global regulatory frameworks.
• Lead product delivery from ideation through launch, including testing, audits, and incident response.
• Collaborate with custodians, infrastructure providers, and external vendors to deliver secure digital asset solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6+ years in product management, technical program management, or software engineering within fintech, crypto, or DeFi.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, token economics, and smart contract standards (ERC-20, ERC-4626, ERC-721).
• Experience with RWA tokenization, stablecoins, custody, or digital asset settlement.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, liquidity management, and oracle integrations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of APIs, RPCs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
