Why This Role Matters
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager (Global Platform and Compliance) to lead the implementation of our global exchange platform and compliance-related products. This role is critical to enabling CoinW's international growth by embedding regulatory requirements directly into product design and execution across multiple jurisdictions.
Job Responsibilities
Global Platform & Compliance Product Implementation
- Build, implement, and continuously optimize the product framework for CoinW's global exchange platform.
- Track regulatory developments in key regions including Europe, the U.S., Southeast Asia, and Australia, covering cryptocurrency, AML, and related compliance domains.
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Lead the planning and design of localized KYC, trading restrictions, asset compliance reviews, tax tools, and other compliance-related features.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure product solutions meet regulatory standards from the outset, and own the full lifecycle of related features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Execution
- Work closely with UI/UX, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to ensure efficient delivery of compliance initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure product launches and promotions comply with local regulations while supporting global business growth.
- Produce high-quality PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth execution across teams.
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science, Finance, Law, International Economics, or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in internet or fintech product management, with at least 3 years focused on financial services, payments, crypto compliance products, or overseas markets.
- Strong understanding of global cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks and key concepts such as MiCA and VASP.
- Excellent logical thinking, requirement translation, and execution skills, with strong cross-cultural communication ability.
Proficient in English and Chinese for effective stakeholder collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience in compliance product roles at a well-known global crypto exchange or fintech company.
- Legal background or compliance certifications such as CAMS.
- Strong interest or hands-on exposure to DeFi, NFTs, staking, or other emerging crypto sectors.
