We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead and drive dtcpay's eSIM product strategy and global partnerships. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of fintech and telecommunications, working closely with global carriers, MVNOs, and technology partners to bring innovative eSIM solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global eSIM product roadmap, aligned with dtcpay's business objectives and market expansion strategy
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with global telecom operators, MVNOs, device manufacturers, and GSMA ecosystem partners
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, including requirements definition, cross-functional coordination, and go-to-market execution
- Drive commercial negotiations and partnership agreements with global carriers across multiple markets
- Translate complex technical eSIM architecture requirements into clear product specifications, working closely with engineering teams on SM-DP+, SM-DS, and eUICC integration
- Oversee API integration with telecom partners, ensuring seamless eSIM provisioning, profile management, and remote SIM management (RSM) workflows
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the global eSIM space
- Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, legal, and business development teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Define KPIs and track product performance, continuously iterating based on data and market feedback
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex products at scale
- Strong understanding of global telecom industry dynamics, commercial models, and partnership structures
- Solid understanding of eSIM/eUICC architecture, GSMA SGP.02 (M2M) and SGP.22 (Consumer) specifications, and remote SIM provisioning (RSP) processes
- Familiarity with telecom protocols and interfaces including SM-DP+, SM-DS, LPA, and OTA (Over-the-Air) profile management
- Experience working with or evaluating eSIM platform vendors, SM-DP+ providers, and system integrators
- Experience working with or within telecom operators, MVNOs, or eSIM platform providers
- Demonstrated ability to manage global stakeholder relationships across multiple markets and time zones
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and partnership management
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
