Senior Product Manager / Product Director - Interactive Entertainment & Payments
Location:
Singapore (Group product & business hub)
Close collaboration with R&D centers in China and local teams across Southeast Asia.
Regular business travel is required.
Compensation:

Role Overview
We are building a next-generation interactive entertainment and real-time transaction gaming platform for global markets, with Singapore as our product, business and compliance hub.
You will act as a core product owner - or mini BU head - for one or more key product lines, taking full responsibility from strategy and roadmap to execution, revenue and growth metrics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
. Define the mid- to long-term strategy and annual roadmap for our interactive entertainment / gaming product lines.
. Own the full product lifecycle from 0-1 ideation and validation to 1-10 scaling and optimization.
2. Market Research & Business Modeling
. Conduct in-depth research on target markets in Southeast Asia and beyond, covering user behavior, payment habits, channel models and regulatory landscape.
. Identify opportunities, build business models and translate insights into clear product strategies and priorities.
3. Monetization & Growth
. Design and optimize top-up flows, pricing, in-app purchase points, events, membership / VIP programs and other monetization mechanisms.
. Take ownership of key metrics such as DAU, retention, conversion, ARPU and LTV, and drive continuous improvement.
4. Global Product Taste & Competitor Insights
. Continuously track leading global products and competitors in interactive entertainment, gaming and payments.
. Bring a strong international product sense and design taste (UX, UI, interaction patterns, visual & branding), and translate competitor and market insights into roadmap items and concrete product decisions.
5. Cross-Region Delivery & Collaboration
. Work closely with engineering, design, QA and operations teams in China and other locations to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
. Collaborate with Singapore-based business, compliance, legal and cybersecurity teams to ensure product safety and regulatory alignment.
6. Go-to-Market & Localization Support
. Support go-to-market and local operations in Singapore and other SEA markets, including localized features, events, content and user journeys.
. Join key partner / client discussions as the product owner when needed.
7. Team Leadership & Product Middle-Office (Director level)
. Depending on seniority, lead and mentor a small product team (3-10 people), own hiring, coaching and performance reviews.
. Help build a product middle-office, including standards for documentation, metrics, workflows and reusable components across product lines.
Requirements
1. Education
. Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university
. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business or related disciplines is a plus.
2. Experience
. 5+ years of experience in game / interactive entertainment product management
. Proven track record of owning at least one product end-to-end from concept to launch and live operations
. Experience with overseas / SEA markets and successful global launches is highly preferred.
3. Product & Business Skills
. Deep understanding of high-engagement, high-frequency, monetization-driven products
. Strong sense of user lifecycle, engagement design and revenue models, with tangible success cases.
4. Data & Methodology
. Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics tools, dashboards and A/B testing
. Structured approach to competitor research, user research and market scanning, able to produce clear, actionable strategy documents.
5. International Product Sense & Aesthetic Taste
. Solid international aesthetic sense and product taste, with continuous exposure to leading apps / games / fintech products in the US, Europe, SEA and other markets
. Ability to identify what makes a world-class product experience and apply those principles to our own products.
6. Language & Communication
. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, including presentations, written specs and cross-functional collaboration
. Comfortable working with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, business, compliance and executive teams.
7. Travel & Cross-Cultural Collaboration
. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Singapore, Mainland China and other SEA countries
. Prior experience working in cross-cultural, distributed teams is a strong plus.
8. Nice-to-Haves
. Experience with payment systems, wallets, settlement or risk-control products
. Prior work / study / long-term residence experience in Singapore or other SEA markets
. Experience building product teams or business lines from scratch in a fast-growing environment.
