As the product scales, we need a senior product owner who can bring clarity to complex requirements, align multiple stakeholders, and turn fast-moving DeFi market signals into well-executed product decisions. This role exists to bridge vision and execution, ensuring DeriW evolves with speed, stability, and real user impact.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end ownership of the DeriW DEX product lifecycle, from roadmap definition to launch and iteration
• Clear prioritization of features based on user needs, market trends, and business impact
• Cross-functional execution with engineering, operations, and growth teams to deliver high-quality releases
• Continuous improvement of product performance, usability, and competitiveness in the DeFi ecosystem

What Success Looks Like (First 3-6 Months)

• A clear, aligned product roadmap for DeriW that teams can execute against with confidence
• Improved delivery cadence and smoother collaboration across product, engineering, and operations
• Measurable improvements in user experience, feature adoption, or platform stability
• Strong product ownership, with stakeholders viewing you as the single source of truth for DeriW

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager; DEX, DeFi, or blockchain product experience is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of decentralized finance and DEX operating models
• Proven ability to translate market signals and data into actionable product decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in both Chinese and English for regional and cross-functional collaboration
• High ownership, strong judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity
