About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product strategy, design thinking, and agile methodology. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our digital product roadmap and driving innovation that delivers value to our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
- Apply design thinking principles to discover, validate, and translate user needs into impactful digital product solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, operations, and business units) to deliver end-to-end product features.
- Champion agile practices, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative product development.
- Could you collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful adoption of products and features
- Analyze product performance using both qualitative and quantitative data, and use insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Could you monitor the competitive landscape, industry developments, and emerging technologies to enhance product strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within digital platforms or enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record in defining and executing product strategy.
- Strong familiarity with design thinking methodologies and experience leading user-centric design workshops.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) with experience working in agile delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
