Job Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our automated penetration testing and software supply chain security solutions, defining product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
- Conduct in-depth market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and product differentiators in the cybersecurity space.
- Write clear and detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Lead product feature design, balancing security capabilities, user experience, and business objectives to build a competitive and user-centric product.
- Support Go-to-Market activities by providing product training, competitive insights, and sales enablement materials to marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Define and monitor key product metrics, analyze product performance and user feedback, and drive continuous product iteration and improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, lead key projects, and collaborate effectively within agile and geographically distributed teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B/SaaS products. Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, cloud security, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with end-to-end product development processes. Strong user insight, requirements analysis, and product design skills, with the ability to independently create PRDs and prototypes.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven product decisions.
- Outstanding communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, marketing, and other functions.
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging security trends.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Security certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or practical knowledge/experience in penetration testing, vulnerability management, or software supply chain security.
- Experience in building products from 0 to 1, or in managing internationalized or multi-cloud product features.
- Technical background with an understanding of common development frameworks, API design, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), or automation tools.
- Experience in product planning and execution for Southeast Asian or global markets.
