Job Description

Are you a Marketing / Product Management professional with a passion to deliver outstanding customer experience Join us as a Senior / Product Manager! In this strategic role, you will lead product management, marketing, and portfolio strategy for Coriolis Flow and Density & Viscosity solutions. You'll be at the forefront of innovation - driving product plans and influencing new product development and product enhancement to meet AP customer requirements.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

. Responsible for leadership of product management, marketing, and strategy for Coriolis flow and Density & Viscosity measurement portfolios for Asia Pacific.

. Leads identification of opportunities and creation of focused initiatives across countries in AP, culminating in a Product Plan for the year track KPI performance.

. Collaborates and coordinates across AP, Business Unit Headquarters, and other World Areas for strategic and business planning.

. Evaluates new product development and product enhancement needs to meet AP customer requirements and provide differentiation vs. competitors.

. Assist with customer meetings to support sales, encourage product adoption, and understand market needs.

. Monitors AP competitive landscape and provide input to the AP and Global teams.

. Conducts market research to identify market trends and opportunities.

. Monitors AP sales and pricing across assigned business segment.

. Help identify potential strategies to maximize sales growth and capture price on existing products.

. Helps to manage AP product launches, sales strategies, promotion, and training plans.

. Develops and maintains appropriate selling tools for salesforce, such as presentations, Quantified Business Results, application notes, competitor comparison sheets, etc.

. Assists business managers with planning and execution of country advertising, marketing programs, customer seminars, training programs, and industry specific seminars.

You quickly and significantly act in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You articulate messages in a way that is broadly understandable.

For This Role, You Will Need:

. Degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in process control industry with sales and marketing experience.

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

. Strong leadership, organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.

. Strong technical ability, industry knowledge and regional awareness demonstrate business insight, customer focus and resourcefulness.

. Effectively communicate, influence, and collaborate across regions, business verticals and nationalities

. Ability to travel throughout Asia Pacific region 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

. Open to participating in cross functional teams and programs.

. Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel.
