Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery of impactful customer outcomes
- Define product vision, goals, and detailed requirements, and clearly communicate these to cross-functional stakeholders
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform product strategy and prioritisation decisions
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality product features within agreed timelines
- Lead feature prioritisation based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility considerations
- Drive structured product discovery and validation to ensure solutions address real user problems
- Manage delivery processes using agile methodologies, including maintaining product documentation, specifications, and user stories
- Engage with end users and stakeholders to gather feedback, monitor product performance, and continuously iterate on product improvements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products or features (must-have)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and influence stakeholders (must-have)
- Experience working within agile environments and managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (must-have)
- Demonstrated ability in product discovery, including user research, problem definition, hypothesis testing, and validation (must-have)
