We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead product vision, strategy, and execution across the full product lifecycle. This role is ideal for candidates who can balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints while working closely with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and planning to launch and optimization.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and data insights.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Analyze product performance using metrics, user feedback, and experiments to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead stakeholder communication and present product updates to leadership.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 610+ years of experience in product management, with ownership of complex products.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products in tech, SaaS, or digital environments.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, agile development, and roadmap planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products.
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work full-time on-site in Singapore.
