Senior Product Manager

We are currently partnering with a Global Medical Device MNC to hire for a Senior Product Manager to be based in Singapore!
Currently, our client is in a phase of growth and are seeking to expand their team in Singapore. They are investing heavily in building their Commercial Capabilities to scale up for new Product Launches.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Manage product launches, including Clinical Education materials, sales training, and promotional activities
- Identifying new opportunities for value creation and be a key pillar for strategic planning and implementation
- Refine pricing strategy, conducting market share analysis, and estimating profit potential
- Spearheading various initiatives and events to enhance organization and brand presence across the region
- Distributor and channel management to foster positive partnerships
Clinical Education:
- Conducting Product Training and Education to stakeholders of various degrees (i.e. Internal / External KOLS, Distributors etc.)
- KOL Development and Management for the region, being the dedicated representative of the organization and brand
- Interpreting and harnessing clinical data and evidence to formulate key strategic initiatives for the region
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethics regarding Product Marketing and Commercial Activity
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Medical Device Consumables/Implants/Surgical
- Experience in creating Clinical Education Materials and Clinical Marketing Materials is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
