A highgrowth capital markets fintech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of institutionalgrade digital market infrastructure. This is ideal for a rising star ready to step into a broader Product & Technology leadership track over time.
The firm builds capital markets infrastructure for financial institutions operating in tokenised markets. Its platforms span custody, tokenisation, and digital exchange infrastructure, enabling regulated financial instruments to move onto modern digital rails and connect traditional markets with emerging digital asset ecosystems.
The role - Senior Product Manager
You will sit at the intersection of capital markets, product strategy, and engineering, owning the roadmap for core institutional platforms and working closely with senior stakeholders, regulators, and strategic partners. You will translate market opportunities into clear product direction and scalable solutions for institutional clients in a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for custody, tokenisation, and digital exchange solutions, prioritising scalable, reusable capabilities over bespoke builds.
- Translate client requirements and market developments into clear product requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
- Partner with engineering to guide architecture decisions across blockchain and traditional systems, ensuring security, resilience, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive disciplined delivery across multiple initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, and resources in collaboration with engineering, client solutions, and operations.
- Engage directly with financial institutions, exchanges, and strategic partners to understand evolving market needs and refine product positioning.
- Support business development by articulating product capabilities and value propositions to institutional clients and industry participants.
- Contribute to strong engineering practices (code quality, testing, deployment) and help foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance product performance, monitoring, and internal workflows.
Ideal profile - Senior Product Manager
- 68+ years experience in financial technology, capital markets infrastructure, trading / exchange systems, or closely related domains, with a strong Product Management component.
- Solid understanding of capital markets workflows (trading, exchanges, posttrade, or custody) and experience delivering enterprise platforms for financial institutions.
- Exposure to digital assets, tokenisation, or blockchainbased financial systems is advantageous, or strong motivation to develop deep expertise in this area.
- Ability to bridge business strategy, product design, and technical implementation, with a strong grasp of modern software architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience working in or alongside regulated environments and managing complex stakeholder groups, including institutional clients and, ideally, regulators.
- Strategic yet handson operator: comfortable in a fastmoving, entrepreneurial setting, and able to guide both product design and technical tradeoffs.
