Job Summary
The Product Manager leads product lifecycle management and strategy for AI and ML-powered analytics products, driving innovation and business impact through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap by conducting business research, analyzing customer needs, and assessing competitive landscapes
- Own and manage business impact metrics, product roadmap, and budget to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, and BI/AI to develop and launch new products or enhancements
- Conduct audience and process research to identify customer needs and growth opportunities for products
- Lead product and project teams to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and meeting quality and governance standards
- Prioritize product features and enhancements to maximize business impact while optimizing time-to-market and costs
- Collect and integrate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously improve products
- Implement change management strategies to align business processes with product solutions
- Develop and lead training and user engagement strategies to drive adoption of new solutions
- Manage contracts and budgets related to software, hardware, and professional services
- Monitor emerging data development technologies and methodologies, applying relevant innovations to analytics development
Requirements
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
- 10 years of experience in Data Analytics
- 7 years of experience in data-intensive product development
- Proven experience working with analytics and ML/AI solutions
- Strong practice with Agile development methodologies, DevOps, and product management tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying product concepts to internal stakeholders including C-level executives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Professional Certification in Agile (preferred)
- Knowledge of functional areas such as customer relationships and sales, e-commerce, freight forwarding, express/logistics operations, and service operations
