Gprnt (pronounced Greenprint) is a green disclosure and data fintech launched by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), with a focus on helping businesses worldwide unlock their ESG data, transition their business models, and maximise their economic gains in the green economy.

Over the past year and half, we deployed our inaugural platform offerings comprising an automated Disclosure tool and a value-added services Marketplace; announced the rollout of our nationwide utility to power all Singapore businesses sustainability reporting needs; and most recently published a landmark study of Singapore SMEs sustainability readiness, in collaboration with the Singapore Business Federation and Sustainability Alliance.

About the Role

As Gprnt scales, the delivery of well-run ecosystem programmes is critical to translating our ecosystem partnerships, commercial commitments, and public-private collaboration efforts, into tangible outcomes for the businesses community. We're therefore on the lookout for a highly motivated Senior Product Designer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and excels at transforming complex workflows and data-heavy systems into simple, intuitive, and delightful experiences.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to design scalable solutions across enterprise and small business users. This role goes beyond UI. We're looking for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, think in systems, and transform operational complexity into experiences that feel effortless, human-centric and elegant.

What You'll Do

End-to-End Product Design

• Lead discovery and define user journeys for complex workflows
• Translate ambiguous requirements into structured flows and wireframes
• Design high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes
• Partner with engineers through implementation

User Analytics, Research & Validation

• Define hypotheses and success metrics for features and design improvements
• Leverage analytics tools (e.g., funnel analysis, heatmaps, session recordings) to identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities
• Design and run usability tests, experiments, and A/B tests to validate design decisions
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into measurable improvements

Build Design Foundations

• Establish and evolve a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Develop reusable components, patterns, and documentation to support product growth and efficiency
• Elevate the overall user experience quality and design standards across the platform

What We're Looking For

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design with significant experience in B2B or SaaS products
• Strong portfolio in complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, or enterprise systems with proven ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive, elegant user experiences
• Strong proficiency in Figma, and user analytics tools
• Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
